Multiple drivers are permitted when each driver is listed on the AMS Vans rental contract, has a valid driver's license, and is covered under a primary renter's insurance policy. Wheelchair drivers are eligible as long as the person is able to transfer in and out of the wheelchair into the driver's seat and does not require hand controls. Customers transporting non-service animals will be subject to a cleaning and damage fee of $150 or more, depending on the interior condition of the van. The regular cleaning rate of $100 applies for cleaning up after service animals if necessary. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be traveling with one. Service AnimalsĪll service animals are permitted. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied for non-compliance. Smoking is not permitted in the handicap rental van. If the van requires more than a routine cleaning (dusting, exterior wash, vacuuming), a $100 fee will be applied. There is an additional late charge of $25/hour, (not to exceed the daily rental rate) if the van is not returned by the stated time.

If returned below that level, AMS Vans will charge for its refill plus a $25 service fee. Upon return of the vehicle, the gas tank must be replenished to the level at pick-up.
